The Department of Neurology provides acute and planned care of patients from the South Bohemian Region suffering from diseases of the nervous system. The Department is an integral part of the Cerebrovascular Centre, providing comprehensive treatment. We cooperate with the Stroke Care Unit at the hospital Nemocnice Písek and other hospitals and admit patients to provide a combined treatment of strokes. We also closely cooperate with the Department of Neurosurgery.
